Property Management
The corporation holds long term leases on extremely favorable terms on
several key pieces of property located in the city of
Monrovia
and the immediately surrounding areas. These
properties are being reconstructed and rehabilitated for lease.
The property management division maintains and continues to improve
these properties.
- Equipment Rental

The corporation currently owns several pieces of heavy
equipment, including 4 Mack RD686 10 ton dump trucks.
The equipment rental division maintains and leases heavy
equipment to private companies, non-governmental organizations,
government organizations, and the United Nations.
- Construction

The corporation is currently involved in several reconstruction
projects in the
Monrovia
area. Completed projects
include the reconstruction of the Luke building located on
Broad Street
in
Monrovia and the
road from Tieneh to the IDP Camp in Damballa,
Grand
Cape
Mount
County
